thyssenkrupp Elevator is seeking an Admin & Sales Support for the NI department in Belgium. You will act as the bridge between site teams, project leaders, the sales team and internal services, handling project administration and the preparation of sales dossiers.

Key duties include managing the NI mailbox, registering projects, supporting safety plans, RTM processes, and ensuring documentation flows to invoicing.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Dutch and French (minimum B2) and good knowledge of English (minimum B1).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient with MS365 and related applications.

Responsabilités

• Manage NI project administration and mailbox, and prepare safety plans and risk assessments.
• Support sales by preparing offers, registering opportunities, and maintaining templates/tools.
• Coordinate between site teams, project leads, sales, and finance/operations to ensure timely documentation and invoicing.
