Axis Group seeks an Operations Officer / KYC Coordinator for its Client Service Center. You’ll manage the KYC recertification process for international corporate clients, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and efficiency while collaborating with Relationship Managers and the Compliance department.

You should hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s in economics, law or business, with at least 2 years in KYC for corporate clients and a banking KYC background. Fluency in Dutch, French and English is essential.

Responsabilités

• Act as a KYC Coordinator within the Fire Squad Team and support across regions.
• Manage the KYC recertification process for international corporate clients (> EUR 7.5 million).
• Oversee a portfolio of KYC files and ensure timely completion.
• Analyze information and documents to be collected from clients.
• Reach out to clients and follow up to meet deadlines.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of files in internal systems.
• Apply full KYC process with cross-border considerations and international standards.
• Collaborate with Relationship Managers and Compliance to resolve issues.
• Provide progress updates and flag potential challenges to the Team Manager.

• You act as a KYC Coordinator within the Fire Squad Team, providing support across all regions in line with business requirements.
• You manage the KYC recertification process for international corporate clients with a turnover exceeding EUR 7.5 million.
• You oversee a portfolio of KYC files that require updating and ensure their timely completion.
• You analyze the necessary information and documentation to be collected from clients.
• You reach out to clients and follow up to guarantee that the requested information is submitted within designated deadlines.
• You ensure the accuracy and completeness of files while accurately entering information into the internal systems.
• You apply the full KYC process while considering cross-border elements, adhering to legal and international standards and procedures.
• You work collaboratively with Relationship Managers and the Compliance department to resolve any issues and identify effective solutions.
• You provide updates on progress and highlight any potential challenges to the Team Manager.

• Holds a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field such as economics, law, or business management.
• Possesses at least 2 years of experience in KYC (Know Your Customer) processes and tasks involving corporate clients.
• Has a background in the banking sector's KYC domain, specifically with a focus on Legal Entities.
• Demonstrates a strong interest in financial services and banking products, which is preferred.
• Has previous experience in a commercial environment, which is also preferred.
• Is proficient in Dutch, French, and English at a fluent level, which is essential for the role.
