• Lead and manage a Delivery Team, ensuring resources and coaching to achieve outcomes.
• Oversee end-to-end recruitment process for the contingent workforce.
• Serve as first escalation point for service-related queries within the country.
• Manage full lifecycle of supplier management, including onboarding/offboarding and reviews.
• Drive continuous process improvement to enhance efficiency and service delivery.
• Lead business reviews with stakeholders and report on program performance.
• Ensure KPIs and SLAs are met through data-driven analysis.
• Support and deliver BAU projects aimed at improving processes.

We are looking for an Operations Manager based in Belgium. The Operations Manager will be part of the Client Account Management team responsible for delivering a premium MSP service and contractor sourcing to stakeholders across a large pharma client. The key focus of this role is to forge strong relationships, develop best practice recruitment processes and a collaborative high performing team culture, delivering best in class strategies on sourcing and cost savings to achieve both client KPI’s and Randstad\'s business goals while leading day to day operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a Delivery Team, ensuring they have the necessary resources, coaching, and support to achieve operational outcomes.
• Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process for the contingent workforce.
• Act as the first escalation point of contact for all service-related queries within the country, resolving issues promptly and effectively.
• Manage the full lifecycle of supplier management, including onboarding, offboarding, and regular performance reviews.
• Drive continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and service delivery.
• Lead regular business reviews with stakeholders to align resourcing strategies and report on program performance.
• Take full accountability for achieving KPI results and exceeding SLAs through accurate reporting and data-driven analysis.
• Support and deliver BAU projects aimed at continuous process improvement and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience in MSP is a must have
• Proven ability to lead and motivate teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong client relationship management skills and a customer-focused approach.
• Experience using vendor management systems
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to liaise at all levels.
• Team leadership and French and English language skills are essential
