Super is seeking an Operations Lead to drive day-to-day performance and continuous improvement across payments, onboarding and KYC processes. You will work with Product, Tech, Compliance and external partners to implement operational changes and large‑scale enhancements.

You will organise weekly reviews, maintain clear runbooks, and coach the Operations Specialist, delivering measurable KPI improvements in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in operations within high‑transaction or regulated environments.
• Experience with payment operations and PSP ecosystems.
• Proven ability to manage incidents and perform root-cause analysis.
• Strong focus on KPIs, performance metrics and process improvement.
• Experience leading projects and collaborating with Tech, Product and Compliance.

Responsabilités

• Monitor and optimise daily payment flows; reduce failures and recurring issues.
• Coordinate incident management from triage to post‑incident reviews.
• Manage escalations with payment providers and external partners.
• Drive improvements in onboarding, login/access and KYC processing.
• Lead weekly operations reviews and maintain runbooks and documentation.
• Coach the Operations Specialist and foster ownership and collaboration.
