Super is seeking an Operations Lead to drive day-to-day operations, ensure stable customer journeys, and improve processes across payments, onboarding, KYC, and incident management. You will coordinate with Product, Tech, Compliance and external partners to implement operational improvements and successful launches.

With a focus on ownership and structured execution, you will lead weekly reviews, maintain runbooks, and mentor the Operations Specialist while delivering measurable KPI improvements

Qualifications

• 3+ years of operations experience in high-transaction or regulated environments (iGaming, fintech, payments, or e-commerce).
• Experience with payment operations and PSP ecosystems.

Responsabilités

• Monitor and optimise daily payment flow performance; reduce failures and recurring issues.
• Manage escalations with payment providers and external partners; ensure SLAs and improvements.
