argenx is seeking a Team Lead Finance Operations (AP & FBS) to oversee end-to-end PR→Pay processes, lead the AP and Finance Business Support team across geographies, and drive performance and improvements. You will partner with Procurement, Finance, and Vendor Master Data while ensuring compliance and timely payments.

The role requires a strong background in Accounts Payable, ERP systems (Oracle Cloud preferred), and a track record of leading global teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field
• 10 years of experience in Finance Operations / P2P, including at least 5 years in team leadership
• Strong experience in Accounts Payable and operational P2P processes
• Proven ability to manage teams in a multi-country / global environment
• Strong coaching and communication skills; ability to translate people insights into actionable plans
• Strong stakeholder management skills across Finance, Procurement and business functions
• Experience with ERP systems (Oracle Cloud preferred) and AP automation tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
• Fluent in English; fluency in Dutch recommended

Responsabilités

• Lead the AP & FBS team: coach, develop, and manage performance across geographies.
• Ensure accurate PR support, PO creation, invoice processing, and payment execution.
• Drive process discipline, automation, and continuous improvement in P2P.
• Own KPI and SLA definitions, monitor backlog and service quality.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Finance, and Vendor Master Data teams.
• Act as escalation point for business, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
