We're looking for someone who enjoys understanding how systems work and making them more reliable.

You are curious, analytical and organised. When something breaks, you naturally want to understand why—not just restore the service.

You enjoy automating repetitive work, improving processes and continuously learning.

Required Skills & Experience
  • 1–3 years of experience in systems administration, infrastructure operations or technical operations.

  • Good understanding of Windows Server administration.

  • Basic knowledge of IIS and Microsoft server technologies.

  • Basic understanding of Microsoft SQL Server and relational databases.

  • Experience troubleshooting technical issues.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Good written and verbal communication skills.

  • Professional working proficiency in English.

Nice to Have
  • Experience writing SQL queries and reading SQL Server logs.

  • Knowledge of SQL Server administration concepts (backups, maintenance, permissions, Always On, performance troubleshooting).

  • Experience working with managed hosting providers.

  • Knowledge of ITIL Incident, Problem and Change Management.

  • Exposure to PCI DSS or other security/compliance frameworks.

  • Experience in a SaaS or production environment.

What You'll Learn

During your first years with us, you'll progressively develop expertise in:

  • Production operations

  • Incident and problem management

  • Infrastructure lifecycle management

  • SQL Server operations and administration

  • Automation and scripting

  • Security hardening

  • PCI operational processes

  • Working with managed infrastructure providers

  • Production reliability and operational excellence

What’s in it for you?

This is an opportunity to grow into a key operational role within a SaaS company.

You'll work on real production systems from day one while being coached by experienced colleagues. As your expertise grows, you'll progressively take ownership of the operational management of our hosted platform and become a trusted technical partner for both internal teams and our hosting provider.

If you enjoy solving technical problems, automating repetitive work, and making systems more reliable, we'd love to meet you.
