JDE Peet’s in Brussels is offering a Customer Service / Supply Chain Intern position to strengthen the Belux team. You will be integrated in the customer service function for Out of Home brands in Belgium, gaining insights into how coffee and tea reach customers and final cups.

You will collaborate with Sales, Finance and Marketing, support day-to-day operations, and contribute to OTIF improvements while supporting local supply chain projects and sustainability initiatives.

Qualifications

• Internship must be part of your educational program.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Willingness to commit 5–6 months starting Feb/March 2027.
• Interest in coffee/tea and B2B supply chain is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Join the Belux supply chain's customer service team in Brussels.
• Support day-to-day operations and customer order alignment.
• Help ensure OTIF deliveries and resolve issues.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Marketing, and 3PL partners.
• Support local supply chain projects and sustainability initiatives.
