Jdeprofessional in Brussels is seeking an enthusiastic Customer Service / Supply Chain Intern to join their team. You will support day-to-day operations and work on projects, gaining insights into the supply chain for our coffee and tea brands.

The role requires strong communication, analytical skills, and fluency in Dutch and/or French and English. You should be available for a minimum of 5 to 6 months starting from August/September 2026.

Qualifications

• Student internship must be part of your educational program.
• Fluent in Dutch and/or French and English.
• Available for at least 5 to 6 months starting from August / September 2026.

Responsabilités

• Support the customer service team and take responsibility for daily operations.
• Contact customers to align on orders and ensure OTIF deliveries.
• Initiate improvement proposals within operations and supply chain.
• Work closely with internal departments and external logistics.
• Participate in local sustainability supply chain projects.
