Sander Brussels is seeking an Operations Manager to strengthen its Brussels-based team. The role spans operations, administration, finance and information systems, ensuring smooth operational flows and coordinating with suppliers, retail chains and internal teams.

You will identify issues, gather information, and drive resolutions across multiple topics. You will monitor orders, invoices and credit notes, respond to daily requests, and act as the link between diverse stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to manage a high volume of emails and requests.
• Experience in retail or large-scale distribution will be valued.
• Professional level of French and English.

Responsabilités

• Monitor day-to-day operations across orders, invoices, credit notes and ongoing cases.
• Coordinate communication between retailers, suppliers and internal teams.
• Identify discrepancies and missing information, escalate as needed.
• Track incidents and follow up on corrective actions with IT service providers.
• Provide first-level support and ensure information flows are complete and accurate.
