Sander Brussels in the Brussels periphery is seeking a Financial Controller to strengthen its finance organisation, blending financial control with business partnering. You will monitor performance, prepare budgets and management reporting, and translate KPIs into actionable insights while collaborating with Sales, Operations and the Back Office for project follow-up.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or a related field.
Strong Excel skills are expected; experience with an ERP such as Microsoft Dynamics NAV is a plus.
You have previous experience within financial controlling, business controlling, accounting or another analytical finance position.

Responsabilités

Monitor financial performance and prepare monthly and quarterly management reporting.
Prepare budgets, forecasts and cash flow projections and follow up on deviations.
Analyse financial and operational KPIs and translate them into actionable insights for management.
Act as a financial business partner and supporting management in strategic and operational decision-making.
Identify opportunities to improve profitability, efficiency and cost control.
Coordinate the financial and administrative aspects of projects and larger client dossiers.
Work with Sales, operational teams and the Back Office to ensure accurate follow-up of projects and processes.
Participate in the optimisation of ERP, CRM and other business systems.
