Lloyd's in Brussels seeks an Operational Risk Associate to join its Risk Management team. You will oversee risk assessments, control testing, incident reviews and thematic analysis, helping strengthen our risk framework across the business and European branch network.

You will partner with stakeholders, challenge thinking with evidence-based recommendations, monitor risk exposures, and contribute to the annual Risk Plan while promoting a strong risk culture and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience within operational risk, risk management, compliance, audit or assurance.
• Knowledge of financial services and regulated environments.
• Experience interpreting and applying regulatory requirements.
• Exposure to Belgian or EU regulatory frameworks would be an advantage.

Exposure to Belgian or EU regulatory frameworks would be an advantage.Insurance experience is helpful, but not essential.
