Job summary

AETHER in Brussels seeks a Medior PMO - Operational Excellence Officer to build a Center of Excellence within the project partner network. You will translate strategic ambitions into actionable improvement plans that raise efficiency and improve the work experience for teams in the infrastructure sector.

Reporting to department leadership, you will shape roadmaps, steer quarterly planning, and implement a KPI-driven dashboard program (Power BI).

Qualifications

• Master's degree in engineering or economics or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years in operational excellence with KPIs and dashboards.
• Fluent in English; French or Dutch and understanding of the other language.
• Willing to work on-site in Brussels three days per week.

Responsibilities

• Shape the roadmap and translate strategic ambitions into an operational plan.
• Steer quarterly planning and coordinate resource planning.
• Define KPIs, implement a monthly dashboard and drive data-driven decisions.
• Design a document management system for traceability and reporting.
• Establish a continuous improvement framework to boost efficiency and quality.
• Lead departmental projects from idea to implementation.
