Job summary

Pauwels Consulting in Belgium is seeking a seasoned professional to establish a Center of Excellence that translates strategic goals into actionable plans for operational efficiency.

You will drive quarterly planning, allocate resources, and define metrics and dashboards to convert data into insights, while implementing a robust document management system. Fluent in French or Dutch with English knowledge is required.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in engineering or economics.
• 4+ years of experience in operational excellence including process optimization, KPI definition, and Power BI dashboarding.
• Professional experience designing and implementing document management systems.
• Proactive, assertive, and autonomous with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• You are fluent in French or Dutch with good knowledge of English and at least a good understanding of the other (French or Dutch).
