Job summary

TiTANS België is seeking an Operational Excellence Manager to build and lead the GD Center of Excellence. You will shape the strategy, drive quarterly planning, and implement KPIs and dashboards to improve performance across GD teams in Belgium.

You will collaborate with leadership, manage documentation, and push continuous improvements in processes and tools while communicating clearly in English and Dutch or French.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in engineering or economics or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years in operational excellence, KPI definition and dashboard building.
• Basic knowledge of the energy sector and organization.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and clear communication in English; Dutch or French fluency is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Shape the roadmap with the GD Core Team to implement a structured operational excellence plan.
• Lead quarterly planning, prioritization, and resource planning across GD teams.
• Define KPIs, launch a monthly dashboard, and drive data‑to‑action dialogues.
• Design a document management system for key GD documents and reporting transparency.
• Embed a continuous improvement framework to boost efficiency and quality.
• Set up the GD Center of Excellence with guidelines, tools, and best practices.
• Deliver GD projects from idea to implementation and ensure changes stick.
