Job summary

i4m is seeking an experienced Operational Excellence Manager to strengthen its Grid Development organization. You will translate strategy into an operational plan, drive quarterly planning, define KPIs, and implement a continuous improvement framework across functions.

The role requires a Master’s degree and at least 4 years in operational excellence, with English fluency and knowledge of French or Dutch. The position is based in Brussels with 3 on-site days per week for a long-term consulting

Qualifications

• Master's degree in engineering or economics or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in operational excellence.
• Strong focus on improvement and delivering tangible results.
• Fluent in English with French or Dutch knowledge and good understanding of the other language.

Responsibilities

• Translate the strategic roadmap into a structured operational excellence plan and support its execution.
• Drive the quarterly planning and resource alignment across teams.
• Define KPIs, create a monthly dashboard, and facilitate reporting based on data and insights.
• Design a document management approach with traceability and transparent reporting.
• Introduce and maintain a continuous improvement framework focused on processes, tools, and ways of working.
• Set up a center of excellence with guidelines, tools, and best practices and align PMO activities.
• Lead improvement projects from idea to implementation and ensure sustainable adoption.
