Johnson & Johnson Beerse site seeks a Facilities Manager Central Utilities (CU) to lead safe, efficient operation of the CU facilities. You will own installations, mentor a multidisciplinary team, and ensure safety, quality, and environmental standards are met on site.

You will manage OPEX budgets, oversee CAPEX spend, and drive continuous improvement across the Central Utilities portfolio within a supportive, collaborative Engineering & Property Services environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in managerial ops within utilities or process industries.
• Broad knowledge of facilities management, energy/utilities and water systems.
• Proven ability to mentor and empower teams.
• Ability to apply standard methodologies and technological innovations.
• Awareness of AI concepts and responsible AI practices.

Responsabilités

• Drive safe, efficient daily operation of Central Utilities on the Beerse site.
• Own technical installations within CU scope and ensure compliance.
• Mentor supervisors, technicians and operators for performance.
• Maintain high quality, reliability, safety and environmental standards.
• Oversee annual OPEX budget for CU maintenance and cost control.
• Manage CU portfolio CAPEX spend and prioritize projects.
