Job summary

SHAPE in Brussels is seeking an experienced analyst to provide Operational Acceptance criteria definition, monitoring and reporting for CIS projects and services with NCIA involvement. Responsibilities include tracing requirements, testing coordination, risk management, and OA/UA support across prioritized portfolios.

The role demands ITIL v3 experience, strong documentation, and ability to work in a multinational, military-civilian environment.

Qualifications

Master's degree in CS or Engineering with 5+ years’ experience.
3+ years CIS project analysis, monitoring and reporting.
3+ years acceptance testing planning/execution.
3+ years ITIL v3 experience.
3+ years CIS projects in Core communications/IT infrastructure.
Knowledge of NATO responsibilities and organization.
Knowledge of software life cycle and quality management (Prince2 & ITIL).
MS Office, Project, Visio and SharePoint.
Working knowledge of NATO CIS environments and tools like JIRA.

Responsibilities

Support project milestones tracking, requirements traceability and change analysis.
Identify dependencies and document commitments for NCIA and ACO.
Prepare Dependency Structure Matrix and project dashboards.
Plan and conduct service-based testing to confirm required functionality.
Support User Acceptance and Operational Acceptance reporting and dashboards.
