Job summary

NCIA in Belgium seeks a Systems Engineer focused on CIS security accreditation. The role involves advising on security accreditation throughout NATO CIS lifecycles, performing Security Risk Assessments, and drafting key documents such as SAP, SRA reports, and SecOPs.

The incumbent will work under the NDWC CIS Security Head and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure compliance and timely delivery of accreditation milestones, while staying abreast of evolving security developments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline with 3 years post-related experience, or 10+ years of relevant expertise.
• Experience in security accreditation for CIS projects within large organizations.
• Knowledge of security risk assessment methodologies and tools.
• Ability to plan, design and implement security components of major CIS.

Responsibilities

• Provide security accreditation advice to project teams and contractors during the NATO CIS lifecycle.
• Conduct Security Risk Assessments (SRA), identify threats and vulnerabilities, and provide risk mitigation recommendations.
• Develop and manage accreditation documentation (CIS Description, SAP, SRA Report, SRSt, SecOPs, STVP, STVR).
• Draft, review and uplift SSRSs/SecOPs/STVPs/STVR templates with customers.
