Job summary

Kangaroot in Belgium is seeking an Inside Sales professional to drive renewals, quotes and customer follow-up. The role starts as a temporary contract with a real prospect of becoming permanent.

You will follow up licenses and renewals, support account managers in preparing quotes, manage leads and opportunities, help with invoicing and contract management in Odoo, and assist in tender preparation and office coordination.

Qualifications

• Realist hands-on doer with drive to move things forward.
• Strong Dutch and English communication skills, with French nice to have.
• Independent and reliable with initiative and follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Renewals and licenses management and follow-up.
• Assist account managers in preparing quotes.
• Follow up leads and opportunities, including cold calls.
• Administrative support including invoicing and contract management in Odoo.
• Support bid files and maintain certificates for public tenders.
• Backup for office management and event support.
