Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Up to two years of experience in communications or related field.
• Experience creating social media content across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Bluesky, X).
• Experience using scheduling or content management tools.
• Experience in international or mission-driven organizations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Draft, edit, and prepare social media content for OGP’s channels.
• Maintain a content calendar and publish content across channels.
• Support digital content production (carousel cards, video reels).
• Develop social media campaigns around initiatives and events.
• Prepare content for publication across OGP’s website and other channels.
• Monitor channels and support community engagement and content management.
• Contribute ideas to strengthen digital communications.
