Responsabilités

• Build central strategic communications and public-influence capability.
• Define Air Game language, standards and tools for the network.
• Develop country strategies and enable coaching to grow capacity.
• Create a spokesperson development process and rapid-response capability.
• Map relationships with outlets, validators, think tanks, and platforms.
• Lead on crisis response protocols and budget development.
• Plan milestones for handover to country teams and lighter-touch operation.
