Netcompany Belgium seeks a Team Leader, IT Support to oversee on-site IT support teams in Brussels. You will guide daily operations, coaching a 30+ member team, and ensure high service levels. The role combines leadership with hands-on IT knowledge to drive improvements.

You will coordinate shifts, define tasks, manage escalation procedures, and report status to management. Strong ITIL background and bilingual French/English are essential for success.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s or Master’s with leadership experience in proximity/on-site IT support.
• Proven leadership of 30+ member teams and daily operations.
• Experience with ITIL practices and service management.
