BESIX Group seeks an on-site Site/Project Manager to oversee construction activities on the Oosterweel Link project in Antwerp. You will manage in-house teams and subcontractors, ensuring alignment with execution plans while maintaining safety, quality, and environmental standards.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Engineering and 3–5 years of civil-construction experience, with English as the sole working language in the project zone.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English (mandatory) for project zone communication.
• 3–5 years of experience in construction, preferably civil works.
• Strong ownership, proactive, solution-driven approach.

Responsabilités

• Own on-site management of in-house teams and subcontractors; act as key on-site contact.
• Coordinate site activities in line with execution plans and safety standards.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality and environmental requirements by all stakeholders.
• Assist in short-term planning (daily/weekly) and identify productivity improvements.
• Review and validate invoice proposals from subcontractors and suppliers.
• Report to Site Manager/Project Manager and engage in overall site coordination.
