ING is seeking a Squad Master for Private Individuals Onboarding to shape the digital onboarding journeys that welcome new customers. You will lead a cross-functional squad of UX, analytics and product experts to create seamless, secure, mobile-first onboarding across the Private Individuals portfolio.

You will own the onboarding roadmap from strategy to execution, align stakeholders, and drive growth by reducing friction and accelerating value for ING's customers from day one.

Qualifications

• Lead the squad responsible for ING's digital onboarding journeys.
• Collaborate with UX, data, and stakeholders to translate strategy into actions.
• Balance customer value, regulatory requirements and delivery feasibility.
• Use data and insights to drive measurable business impact.

Responsabilités

• Shape best-in-class onboarding experiences and acquisition processes.
• Monitor KPIs like success rates and conversions; translate insights into experiments.
• Own and steer the squad roadmap with the Product Lead.
• Coordinate agile delivery and remove obstacles to accelerate value.
• Align local and international stakeholders to deliver end-to-end journeys.
• Continuously challenge status quo using market trends.
