EMW in Brussels is recruiting a Logistics Support Expert on-site to manage CIS assets, storage, distribution, inventory, and disposal per NATO procedures. You will coordinate with technical and logistics staff and ensure timely delivery of logistics services.

Required are active NATO SECRET clearance, vocational training in logistics, and experience with ERP/BI tools; you will support annual inventories and optimize warehouse processes at CSU AoR.

Qualifications

• Active NATO SECRET security clearance.
• 2 years post-related experience with higher vocational training, or 4 years with secondary education.
• Vocational Training in Supply, Logistics or Supply Chain Management.
• Experience with Oracle ERP Logistics.
• Experience with administrative forms and NATO directives.

Responsabilités

• Provide logistics and asset management services for CIS assets (receipt, storage, distribution, movement, inventory, accountability, disposal).
• Maintain accurate asset records and support warehouse operations; coordinate with technical and logistics personnel.
• Ensure timely delivery of logistics services per policies and procedures.
• Monitor deliveries, labeling, storage, and issuance of CIS assets.
• Prepare and maintain logistics documentation and supporting reports.
• Identify process improvements to enhance logistics efficiency and asset accountability.
