Etihad Airways Group is seeking an experienced Airport Operations Supervisor to plan, direct and supervise airport activities. You will ensure safety, security, customer service, quality and regulatory compliance while overseeing on‑duty operations and coordinating with control rooms and service providers.

You will manage day‑to‑day decisions, oversee passenger and aircraft handling, and coordinate VIP and special guest requirements, while guiding teams to achieve on‑time performance and strong

Qualifications

• Degree level education desirable (A-level or baccalaureate equivalent) or relevant industry experience.
• Experience in supervisory role within a shift environment.
• 5–7 years' experience within service, hospitality, airline, or retail, with knowledge of aviation/travel industry.

Responsabilités

• Make day-to-day operational decisions to manage and mitigate safety and security risks on a shift basis at station level.
• Oversee all passenger and aircraft handling operations on a shift basis, ensuring adherence to checklists, brand requirements and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate VIP/MAAS, PRM and special category guest requirements and ensure proper planning and coordination.
• Liaise with Guest Control, Network Control and SOC to manage disruption recovery and protect guest service and operational integrity.
• Deliver, maintain and rehearse station emergency response plans and business continuity plans.
• Ensure on-time performance on a shift basis, including reporting and follow-up of delays.
• Support airport ancillary sales coordination and monitor process compliance and targets.
• Promote and report on customer service standards and KPIs.
