Job summary

skeyes is seeking an En Route OPS Performance Manager to guide Traffic Managers in operational decisions, lead the Airspace Management Cell, and drive continuous improvement in air traffic capacity with civil–military coordination.

You will analyse post-operational events, manage ICT tool needs, and develop training programs while ensuring day-to-day airspace management aligns with ICAO, EUROCONTROL, and ATM regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s, Engineer’s or Master’s degree in aviation or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Extensive experience in air traffic management and airspace optimisation.
• Proven leadership and strategic planning abilities.
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Guide Traffic Managers in operational decisions for optimal airspace use.
• Oversee post-operational analyses, reporting and action point recommendations.
• Lead Airspace Management Cell activities and liaison with military partners.
• Develop training programmes and coordinate ICT tool needs.
