JERA Nex bp is seeking a Security Lead to provide leadership across its offshore wind portfolio, driving HSSE excellence and risk management. You will partner with project and operations teams to embed security, conduct risk assessments and coordinate third-party security delivery.

Formación

• Experience in HSSE, risk, security or operations within a high-hazard industry.
• Broad understanding of HSSE risk management principles and resilience.
• Experience supporting risk assessments, investigations, audits and continuous improvement programs.
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills and ability to influence stakeholders.
• Ability to interpret risk data, identify trends and provide practical advice.
• Experience with structured management systems and risk-based frameworks.
• Knowledge of physical security principles and desire to lead as Security Subject Lead.
• Experience managing specialist third-party providers and coordinating technical expertise.

Responsabilidades

• Provide practical HSSE advice and challenge to leaders and teams across the portfolio.
• Support HSSE risk identification, assessment and management throughout lifecycle of assets.
• Contribute to development and continual improvement of HSSE systems and standards.
• Support incident investigations, audits and assurance activities.
• Partner with project and operational teams to embed HSSE practices.
• Monitor HSSE performance, identify emerging risks and drive improvements.
