DEME seeks a Lead Engineer to steer offshore cable installation projects from bidding to execution, collaborating with multi-national teams across offices (HQ or Breda). You bring a strong engineering and installation background and can manage large offshore works with a hands-on approach.

Responsibilities include developing method statements, reviewing engineering outputs, planning, reporting and budget control while onsite leading the crew and adapting plans as required.

Qualifications

• Experience in offshore installation projects.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication.
• Willingness to work abroad on vessels or projects and in offices.

Responsabilités

• Leading engineering, preparation and execution of offshore projects.
• Developing method statements for offshore works.
• Reviewing and checking engineering outputs and procedures.
• Developing work packs for project prep.
• On-site leadership to implement method statements and optimize plans.
• Managing project planning, reporting and budget control.
