Dormont Manufacturing Co is seeking a Technical Equipment Supervisor based in Antwerp, Belgium. This role is critical for maximizing the performance of Cable Burial Tools across offshore projects.

You will be responsible for technical operations, leading multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring equipment reliability in demanding conditions. With at least 5 years of relevant experience and a background in engineering, you'll play a key role in driving continuous improvement.

We are looking for a Technical Equipment Supervisor (TES) to take full ownership of the technical performance and operational execution of Cable Burial Tools (CBT) across offshore projects.

This is a highly specialized role where technical expertise, operational leadership, and continuous improvement come together to ensure efficient and reliable cable burial operations.

You’ll act as the key authority both on board and onshore, ensuring that equipment is maintained to the highest standards and that burial operations are executed in line with project requirements. Working closely with multidisciplinary teams, you will play a central role in optimizing processes, improving equipment performance, and developing the capabilities of the operational crew.

What you bring:
