We ARE Renewables seeks an experienced Works Manager to lead offshore subsea cable installation projects, coordinating site superintendents and project engineers. You’ll ensure safe, on-time execution with strict adherence to budget, HSE, and client requirements, reporting to the Project Manager and working across France, EU and US locations.

Key requirements include 3+ years in offshore engineering, a degree in engineering, strong planning and leadership skills, and hands-on, autonomous problem

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience with complex offshore engineering projects.
• Bachelor or Master degree in Engineering, preferably with construction specialization.
• Strong project management and planning skills.
• Extensive experience in high-safety environments.
• Good communication and leadership in field teams.
• Hands-on, autonomous problem-solving mentality.
• Certificates: Offshore Medical Certificate, Chester Step, STCW Basic Safety Training, GWOs.

Responsabilités

• Organize the planning of the works.
• Focus on optimization and execution of subsea cable installation projects.
• Manage client needs and coordinate with on-site staff.
• Ensure safe, efficient and compliant execution within schedule and budget.
• Coordinate with Superintendents and Project Engineers on site.
