Vestas seeks an Offshore Service Technician in Oostende, Belgium, to maintain electrical, hydraulic and mechanical systems on wind turbines. You will work on a Service Operation Vessel with a 14 days on/14 days off schedule and contribute to safe offshore operations.

The role requires an electrical or mechanical technical degree, fluent English (Dutch a plus), and preferably 2 years of relevant experience. A B license and MS Office skills are needed.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English; Dutch is advantageous.
• Good knowledge of MS Office.
• Driving license category B.

Responsabilités

• Carry out maintenance on electrical, hydraulic and mechanical systems as directed by Supervisor
• Maintaining and upgrading installation activities
• Carrying out a diversity of check-ups, repairs and replacement activities of turbine components
• Creating follow-up orders
• Responsible for the frictionless operation of our turbines and use of our systems like Condition Monitoring / Remote Control
• Contribute to a safe working environment in general
• Registration of time and material consumption
• Compliance to Vestas's and client's procedures, processes, policies and instructions
