Mint Selection | B Corp is seeking an experienced Offshore Construction Manager to lead a major offshore construction programme within Europe. You will bring a proven track record managing large civil projects, coordinating EPC contractors and offshore teams to deliver safely on schedule.

The role requires strong HSEQ discipline, RAMS review experience and the ability to interface with clients, engineers and suppliers across onshore and offshore sites.

Qualifications

• Proven track record as Construction Manager on major civil projects.
• Minimum 10 years' relevant construction experience.
• Offshore construction experience is highly desirable.
• Experience reviewing RAMS and construction methodologies.
• Knowledge of corrosion protection and structural works advantageous.
• Experience managing EPC contractors and interface with client representatives.

Responsabilités

• Lead offshore construction activities in line with programme, quality and HSEQ.
• Coordinate Client Representatives and Project Engineers offshore.
• Oversee EPC contractor performance on safety, quality and delivery.
• Review RAMS, construction methods and procedures.
• Provide regular progress reports with risks and mitigations.
• Act as main site interface between client and EPC contractor.
• Support resource planning, onboarding and offshore coordination.
• Work with engineering, HSEQ, quality and PM teams to deliver.
• Identify risks and resolve site issues to drive execution.

Mint Selection are partnered with a leading organisation within the European energy sector and are looking to recruit an experienced Offshore Construction Manager to support the successful delivery of a major offshore construction programme.

We are looking to speak with experienced Construction Managers who have a proven track record of delivering large-scale civil infrastructure projects, with experience managing EPC contractors, driving HSEQ and quality standards, and supporting construction through to completion.

Scope of Work

• Lead the safe and successful delivery of offshore construction activities, ensuring works are completed in line with programme, quality and HSEQ requirements.
• Manage and coordinate Client Representatives and Project Engineers operating offshore.
• Oversee EPC contractor performance across health & safety, quality and construction delivery.
• Review method statements, risk assessments and construction procedures.
• Produce regular progress reports, highlighting programme updates, key risks and mitigation plans.
• Act as the primary site interface between the client and EPC contractor throughout the construction phase.
• Support resource planning, onboarding and coordination of offshore personnel.
• Work closely with multidisciplinary engineering, HSEQ, quality and project management teams to ensure efficient project delivery.
• Identify construction risks, resolve site issues and drive successful project execution.

Experience to be Considered

• Proven experience working as a Construction Manager on major civil engineering or infrastructure projects.
• Minimum of 10 years' relevant construction experience.
• Previous offshore construction experience is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of contractor management, HSEQ and quality assurance processes.
• Experience reviewing RAMS, construction methodologies and project documentation.
• Knowledge of structural works and corrosion protection would be advantageous.
• Experience using ACONEX and Microsoft Office.
• Offshore Medical, BOSIET (or equivalent) and Boat Landing certification preferred.

This is a long-term contract opportunity, with an initial office-based mobilisation period in Belgium followed by a rotational offshore working pattern. Candidates must have the right to work in Belgium or hold the appropriate work and residence permits.
