As our Office Manager, you are at the heart of our Brussels workplace.
You make sure the office runs smoothly; employees have what they need, and visitors receive a warm and professional welcome. You combine a hands‑on mindset with strong organizational skills and take ownership of practical details that make a workplace safe, efficient, and enjoyable.
From facilities, suppliers and workplace equipment to travel support, internal events and employee engagement, you create an environment where people can do their best work and enjoy coming to the office.
What will help you succeed?
You enjoy bringing structure, solving practical problems, and creating a positive environment for others. You communicate openly, keep track of details, and remain calm when priorities change.
You do not wait for someone else to take action when you notice that something could work better. You are comfortable switching between planning an event, solving a facilities issue, coordinating a supplier, and answering an employee’s practical question.
Most importantly, you understand that great office management is not only about facilities and administration. It is about creating a safe, welcoming, and well‑organised workplace where people can connect and do their best work.
An environment where we care a lot about our CHRIS values:
