Job summary

Odoo is seeking a Business Analyst to lead accounting-focused implementations within the Accounting Expertise team. You will map clients’ financial processes into Odoo, coordinate with CFOs and finance leaders, and drive compliant, efficient configurations across modules and reports.

You will also coach partners worldwide, deliver training sessions, and act as a functional escalation point for accounting challenges, ensuring reliable financial data and actionable insights for executives.

Qualifications

• Young graduate in the accounting/finance sector.
• Experience with accounting software (BOB, Exact, Winbooks, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft, etc.).
• Minimum 2 languages: NL/EN or FR/EN.
• Interest in the finance sector.
• Solution oriented.
• Critical and analytical mind.
• Autonomous & proactive.
• Fast learner and curious about the Why.
• Ability to handle heavy workload and stress.
• Valid work permit for Belgium.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate complex accounting projects with CFOs and Heads of Finance.
• Map client financial processes into Odoo ensuring compliance and efficiency.
• Design configurations for multi-currency management and consolidated reporting.
• Provide advanced functional support and escalation for accounting scenarios.
• Configure financial reports (Balance Sheet, P&L, Tax Reports) for real-time insights.
• Bridge end-user needs with Product Development; test new features.
