Job summary

DWI Consulting seeks a Senior Technical Architect to lead the design and rollout of a sovereign cloud on Oracle Isolated Regions (OC4, OC19) for a high-security client in Belgium. The role demands expert OCI architecture, air-gapped deployment, and handling cross-region replication to ensure consistent operations across regions.

The candidate will oversee Terraform-based infrastructure deployment and work under FSC/ NATO SECRET clearance requirements for a 12-month, full-time assignment.

Role: Principal OCI Architect (Isolated Regions)
Duration: 12 months (Renewable)
Start: ASAP
Allocation: Full-time
Clearance: FSC required | PSC: NATO SECRET required

We are looking for a specialist OCI Architect to lead the design and rollout of a sovereign cloud platform on Oracle Isolated Regions (OC4, OC19) for a high-security client.

Objective: Deliver a secure, air-gapped sovereign cloud with consistent operation across regions.

What we’re looking for:

• Proven architecture experience on OCI Isolated Regions
• Design and deployment of air-gapped cloud environments
• Broad OCI knowledge: tenancy, compute, networking, storage and OKE
• Cross-region replication and consistency

Desirable:

• Hands-on knowledge of OC4 specifically
• Government or sovereign cloud delivery experience
• Familiarity with NATO or defence IT environments
• Terraform for infrastructure deployment
