DWI Consulting seeks a Senior Technical Architect to lead the design and rollout of a sovereign cloud on Oracle Isolated Regions (OC4, OC19) for a high-security client in Belgium. The role demands expert OCI architecture, air-gapped deployment, and handling cross-region replication to ensure consistent operations across regions.

The candidate will oversee Terraform-based infrastructure deployment and work under FSC/ NATO SECRET clearance requirements for a 12-month, full-time assignment.

Qualifications

• Proven architecture experience on OCI Isolated Regions.
• Design and deployment of air-gapped cloud environments.
• Broad OCI knowledge: tenancy, compute, networking, storage and OKE.
• Cross-region replication and consistency.
