ENGIE Group's Tractebel unit in Belgium seeks a Project Manager for the Nuclear Business Stream, to lead projects for Electrabel at Doel and Tihange. The role emphasizes safety, availability, lifetime extension, and a collaborative Electrabel-Tractebel framework.

Qualifications

• Master degree in the related field.
• 3 to 5 years of experience.
• Strong rigor and accuracy; well organized and structured.
• Autonomous and a team player.
• Reliable and able to gain trust from senior stakeholders.
• Microsoft Access proficiency is a nice to have.
• Languages: Dutch, English. French is nice to have.

Responsabilités

• Follow-up at project level of contractualization, budget, non-billable hours and KPI updates.
• Update the projects portfolio and communicate closing data on accruals and estimates monthly.
• Own the ventilation file of invoiced hours across EBL projects.
• Prepare and check quarterly budget exercise for projects (5 years) and conduct quarterly reviews.
• Prepare yearly purchase orders at account level based on consolidated data.
• Participate in Project Portfolio Management team meetings.
• Maintain data/tools (Excel, Access).
• Support in optimizing processes and tools for the 2027 partnership.
• Assist in partnership management meetings.
