Tractebel, part of the ENGIE Group, is seeking a Project Manager to lead Nuclear-related projects for Engie Electrabel in Belgium. You will report to the KAM and coordinate across project portfolios, budgets, and invoices, ensuring safety, reliability and timely reporting.

The role emphasizes proactive process optimization, strong stakeholder management, and collaboration with IT, Controlling and client teams.

Qualifications

• Master degree in a related field required.
• 3 to 5 years of project management experience expected.
• Strong rigor, accuracy and organizational skills.
• Autonomous and team player with trust from senior stakeholders.
• Nice to have familiarity with Microsoft Access is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Follow-up at project level of contractualization, budgets, non-billable hours and KPI updates.
• Update the BS EBL project portfolio and communicate closings and estimates monthly.
• Own the ventilation file of invoiced hours across EBL projects.
• Prepare and check quarterly 5-year project budgets and workloads with TE.
• At account level, prepare annual purchase orders from consolidated data.
• Participate in Project Portfolio Management team meetings.
• Maintain data and tools (Excel files, Access database).
• Proactively adapt and optimize processes ahead of the 2027 partnership agreement.
• Support partnership management meetings preparation.

The mission of the Business Stream Engie Electrabel is to act within the Nuclear entity Business Area Gaz Energy Nuclear (BA GEN) as the project management team in charge of the projects performed for Engie Electrabel on their Belgian Nuclear Power plants.

The purpose of the projects managed by our teams is to reach and to share with our client Electrabel the common goals which are:

• To operate the Electrabel NPP of Doel and Tihange,
• in a safe way (first and ruling priority),
• while assuring maximum availability, ensuring their lifetime operation, including extensions of the lifetime, up to final shutdown and dismantling.

Projects are executed in the frame of the Electrabel-Tractebel partnership, under the responsibility of the Project Managers (PM). A dedicated Key Account Management (KAM) team supports the organization to perform and develop these services within this specific collaborative framework.The PPM ensures transparency, consistency and reliability in the invoicing of the project portfolio EBL entrusted with TE, supporting decision-making and strengthening the Electrabel-Tractebel partnership. The Project Portfolio concerns the projects for Electrabel Doel and Corporate.

Your key responsibilities

The PPM will report to the KAM and assures the following tasks and responsibilities:

• Follow-up at project level of the contractualization process, respect of the contractualized budget, non-billable hours, and update of the KPIs towards the client
• Updating the projects portfolio of “BS EBL” projects, including communication of the closing data on accruals and Best Estimates details to Electrabel and Synatom on a monthly basis and within a restricted timeframe;
• Owner of the ventilation file of the invoiced hours across the various EBL projects
• Preparing and checking the quarterly budget exercise of projects (5 years) to review the workload by TE planned on all projects within BS EBL. PPM will conduct individual reviews with the Project manager quarterly and consolidate the data in line with controlling; Establishing and maintaining good contacts with project managers, their hierarchical line, controlling and client is essential.
• At account level, yearly prepare the purchase order based on consolidated data
• Paticipate in Project Portfolio Management team meetings
• Data and tool maintenance (Excel files, Access database)
• Proactive adaptation and optimization of current processes and tools in view of the new partnership agreement to be signed in 2027 (with support from IT or experts)
• Support in preparation of the partnership management meetings
