NTT Data is seeking a Service / Project Manager to oversee service delivery and project execution across enterprise application and integration environments. You will coordinate stakeholders, manage budgets and risks, and drive governance and reporting to ensure timely delivery of complex IT initiatives in a fast-paced setting.

Ideal candidates have a strong background in project/service management, ITIL, and Agile methods, with excellent stakeholder communication and SDLC understanding.

Qualifications

• Higher education degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience in Project and/or Service Management.
• Knowledge of ITIL processes.
• Experience with Prince2, PMBOK or similar methodologies.
• Agile delivery experience.
• Resource and budget management capabilities.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management experience.
• Experience with reporting and governance activities.
• Understanding of software development lifecycle management.
• Language proficiency in English (mandatory) and Dutch and/or French (mandatory).

Required Experience & Qualifications

• Higher education degree or equivalent experience
• Experience in Project and/or Service Management

• Strong communication and stakeholder management experience
• Experience with reporting and governance activities
• Understanding of software development lifecycle management
• Languages:
  • Professional working proficiency in English (mandatory)
  • Professional working proficiency in Dutch and/or French (mandatory)
• Technology environment: ServiceNow, MS Project, Jira, Confluence, ITIL Processes, Agile Tooling, Reporting Platforms and Project Governance Tools.
