ictjob.be is seeking a Content Designer to craft engaging conversational experiences across AI and ChatBot platforms. You will design flows, write content, and maintain a consistent tone of voice across channels.

The role collaborates with UX, AI, and product teams to deliver user-centric experiences and improve content through user feedback and testing. Hybrid or remote options are available to suit flexible work arrangements.

Qualifications

• Experience in Content Strategy and UX Writing.
• Strong Conversation Design and user-centered content creation.
• Knowledge of Accessibility standards and inclusive design principles.
• Understanding of Information Architecture and content organization.
• Excellent Copywriting and storytelling abilities.
• Experience with User Research and content testing.

Responsabilités

• Design conversational flows, scripts, and dialogue structures that feel natural and helpful.
• Create ChatBot content, FAQs, prompts, onboarding experiences, and user guidance materials.
• Define and maintain a consistent tone of voice across all conversational channels.
• Analyze user feedback and conversation data to continuously improve content effectiveness.
• Support ChatBot training and optimization efforts through iterative content enhancements.
• Collaborate closely with UX designers, AI specialists, and product teams to deliver exceptional user experiences.

• Design conversational flows, scripts, and dialogue structures that feel natural and helpful
• Create ChatBot content, FAQs, prompts, onboarding experiences, and user guidance materials
• Define and maintain a consistent tone of voice across all conversational channels
• Analyze user feedback and conversation data to continuously improve content effectiveness
• Support ChatBot training and optimization efforts through iterative content enhancements
• Collaborate closely with UX designers, AI specialists, and product teams to deliver exceptional user experiences

What we're looking for

• Experience in Content Strategy and UX Writing
• Strong skills in Conversation Design and user-centered content creation
• Knowledge of Accessibility standards and inclusive design principles
• Understanding of Information Architecture and content organization
• Excellent Copywriting and storytelling abilities
• Experience with User Research and content testing
• Strong multilingual communication skills are a plus
• knowledge of French or Dutch, and English
