The role requires 5+ years in communications, strong Generative AI expertise, and a Dutch C2 level. Part-time onsite in Mol, with flexible setup and potential for freelancers or permanent hires.

• 5+ years of experience as a Communication Consultant.
• Strong expertise in Generative AI and developing AI workflows for content strategy.
• Proven copywriting experience across corporate, marketing or product content.
• Deep knowledge of content marketing, social media trends, and digital channels.
• Experience in creating and implementing internal communication plans.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree required.

Responsabilités

Our client, a leading research and technology organization, is seeking a specialist to help transform their extensive marketing and scientific knowledge into targeted content using artificial intelligence. The project focuses on developing a reusable methodology that allows marketing teams to utilize AI in a safe, qualitative, and segment-specific manner while ensuring brand integrity.

• Analyze existing marketing and scientific content to determine its suitability for AI-supported content generation.
• Develop a Proof of Concept (POC) for AI-driven content creation and reworking tailored to specific customer segments.
• Create a set of reusable prompts, templates, and workflows to guarantee consistent quality across diverse communication channels.
• Establish governance guidelines for tone of voice, fact-checking, and human review within the content creation process.
• Lead inspiration sessions and hands‑on workshops to train and inspire internal staff on the effective use of AI tools.
• Provide strategic recommendations for the continued integration of AI within the marketing and business development departments.

• 5+ years experience as a Communication Consultant.
• Proven expertise in Generative AI and developing AI workflows for content strategy.
• Strong background in copywriting for corporate, marketing, or product content.
• Extensive knowledge of content marketing, social media trends, and digital communication platforms.
• Experience in creating and implementing internal communication plans.
• You possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
• You're able to inspire colleagues and lead professional workshops or training sessions.
• You're proactive, solution-oriented, and maintain high standards for content quality.
• You are fluent in Dutch at a C2 level.
