ictjob.be is seeking a Content Designer to craft engaging conversational experiences across AI and ChatBot platforms. You will design flows, write content, and maintain a consistent tone of voice across channels.

The role collaborates with UX, AI, and product teams to deliver user-centric experiences and improve content through user feedback and testing. Hybrid or remote options are available to suit flexible work arrangements.

Qualifications

Experience in Content Strategy and UX Writing.
Strong Conversation Design and user-centered content creation.
Knowledge of Accessibility standards and inclusive design principles.
Understanding of Information Architecture and content organization.
Excellent Copywriting and storytelling abilities.
Experience with User Research and content testing.

Responsabilités

Design conversational flows, scripts, and dialogue structures that feel natural and helpful.
Create ChatBot content, FAQs, prompts, onboarding experiences, and user guidance materials.
Define and maintain a consistent tone of voice across all conversational channels.
Analyze user feedback and conversation data to continuously improve content effectiveness.
Support ChatBot training and optimization efforts through iterative content enhancements.
Collaborate closely with UX designers, AI specialists, and product teams to deliver exceptional user experiences.
