Job summary
Estel in Belgium is seeking an experienced New Product Introduction Engineer to drive the transition of innovative optical modules from design to full-scale production. You will lead mechanical and packaging engineering, optical module assembly and process development, and NPI execution to ensure manufacturability, quality and reliability for telecom and data-center applications.

Qualifications
- Master's degree in mechanical engineering, opto-mechanics, mechatronics, or related field.
- 3+ years’ experience in photonics assembly, packaging, opto-mechanical design, or NPI.
- Hands-on experience operating or developing processes on FAU / fiber attach NPI machines.
- Strong CAD experience with SolidWorks or Creo.
