NN Insurance Belgium seeks a Non-Financial Risk Officer to partner with operations, manage risks, and support process improvement. You will work with first and second lines to embed the non-financial risk framework and enhance governance across the organization.

You will organize risk assessments, advise on changes, and ensure effective incident management with stakeholders. English plus Dutch or French are required, with flexibility for hybrid work in Brussels.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical mindset with ability to distill complex risk data into clear insights.
• Fluent English and Dutch or French required.
• Proactive, with strong stakeholder management and meeting facilitation.
• Experience with Power Platform, Excel, SharePoint and Copilot.
• Knowledge of operational risk, non-financial risk and governance.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate quarterly risk assessments and PRAs with cross-functional teams.
• Advise on process changes and mitigating controls for new initiatives.
• Monitor risks, issues and controls and ensure timely follow-up actions.
• Lead incident management coordination with IT Incident/Problem Managers.
• Ensure governance and reporting, turning data into actionable insights.
