NN is seeking a Non-Financial Risk Officer in Brussels to partner with operations, second line, and ORM to embed the non-financial risk framework across the business. You will strengthen risk management and drive continuous improvement in processes, controls, and governance.

You will organize risk assessments, lead workshops, advise on changes and system enhancements, and ensure effective incident management and reporting to management and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to distill complex information into actionable insights.
• Excellent stakeholder management and facilitation skills for governance meetings and workshops.
• Experience with risk management, compliance, internal controls, process management, or audit.

Responsabilités

• Organize andFacilitate quarterly risk assessments and PRAs; lead workshops with process owners to identify and manage risks.
• Advise on process changes, new initiatives, and system enhancements with appropriate mitigating controls.
• Oversee follow-up of risks, issues, and controls; act as first contact for incidents and ensure smooth incident management with IT teams.
• Translate risk data into dashboards and management insights; monitor deadlines, priorities, and governance processes.
• Support continuous improvement of processes, controls, and risk monitoring through standardization and automation.
