DKV Belgium in Brussels is seeking a Non-financial Risk Management Officer to strengthen our risk framework across IT and operations. You will coordinate risk identification, assessment, reporting and governance with 1LoD and 2LoD colleagues.

Fluency in English is required; knowledge of French or Dutch is a strong asset. You’ll work in a hybrid setup with opportunities for training and internal mobility while contributing to Solvency II and DORA compliance.

Formación

• Master’s degree or equivalent through experience.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written); knowledge of French and/or Dutch is a strong asset.
• Experience in a control environment (Risk Management/Audit/Compliance).

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate end-to-end risk identification and assessment across the company.
• Improve methodologies, templates, reporting and governance for risk exercises.
• Support standardization and embedding of risk reporting (risk opinions/assessments).
• Contribute to IT risk framework and controls and 1LoD maturity initiatives.
