Rhox is seeking a Programme/Project Manager to lead ICT security projects across IAM, endpoint security, network security and central logging, combining security project management with change management and stakeholder alignment.

You will ensure delivery, service transition and audit-ready evidence for NIS2 Essentials compliance and related standards, driving operational handover and demonstrable security outcomes.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of project management experience in security projects across multiple domains.
• Experience in at least three security domains (IAM, endpoint, network, central logging, DLP, PIM, PAM, etc.).
• PRINCE2 or equivalent methodology, certification preferred.
• Certification or experience in NIS2, ISO27001, NIST or DORA.
• Ability to produce auditable project documentation and handover materials.

Responsabilités

• Deliver ICT security projects against approved scope, timeline, budget and quality criteria.
• Build and maintain detailed WBS plans, project KPIs and progress reporting for governance.
• Lead service transition into operational status with ownership, support and processes.
• Centralise and quality-check project documentation, evidence and audit reporting for compliance.
• Manage change and communication plans, align stakeholders across units.
• Coordinate and coach contributors, providing technical leadership throughout delivery.
