Rhox in Wallonia/Belgium seeks a senior cybersecurity project manager to coordinate strategic initiatives across SOC, IAM/PAM, infrastructure protection and security monitoring. You will align delivery with NIS2 and ISO27001 while guiding the project from study to production.

You will lead cross-functional teams, manage scope, budgets and risks, and communicate with executives and suppliers to ensure secure, compliant outcomes delivered on schedule.

Qualifications

• Senior IT or cybersecurity project management experience, from study through production.
• Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams and external suppliers.
• Familiar with classical and/or agile PM methods and managing scope, budgets, risks and reporting.

Responsabilités

• Deliver cybersecurity projects from study to production with defined scope, milestones and budgets.
• Coordinate experts, operational teams, stakeholders and suppliers to secure timely decisions.
• Manage risks, dependencies and mitigation plans, escalating issues impacting delivery or security objectives.
• Translate security needs into actionable project plans for SOC, IAM/PAM, infrastructure protection and monitoring.
• Report progress, risks and decisions to governance bodies and sponsors.
• Lead meetings and steering committees, supporting change management and adoption of new security practices.
